Why is my login code going to junk/spam?

When you log in to your account, a 6-digit verification code is sent to your email by Shopify. Some email providers may mistakenly send this to your junk or spam folder.

Here's what you can do:

  • Check your junk or spam folder for an email from Shopify.
  • Mark the email as "Not Spam" to help your email provider recognise it in the future.
  • Add @shopify.com or @em.shopify.com to your safe senders or contacts list to ensure future codes land in your inbox.
